It is very unfair to all section members because every player pays the same subscription every month.
Kulim Club tennis section should have a yearly (or once in 2 years) round robin ranking tournament to make sure only the best players entitle to represent Kulim Club in tennis tournaments (excluding friendly matches with other clubs).
To save time of the said tournament, only the players who are interesting to represent our club to participate.
This round robin tournament have many benefits for all of our tennis section members:
1. It is fair to every Kulim Club Tennis Section member.
2. It is transparent, no stereotype and no bias.
3. Committee members do not have to answer HOW they select players.
4. Players has no question regarding the list of top players.
5. With this transparent system, all players will be harmony and unity in the tennis section.
